Only thing I didn't like was the lack of info in the manual. As someone who tends to break things when instructions are unclear... But a YouTube search on Vibration Plate exercises answered all my questions!So. Semi-sedintary lifestyle became a full on one with Covid. Got to the point where I couldn't even make it up a flight of stairs without getting side stitches. Gained 30lbs and painful constipation was a constant issue. Have had poor leg circulation all my life. - DRASTIC improvement on leg circulation. The first time I used this, my ankles swelled up to the size of my calves in 5min, but went back down even more than what it originally started at by 10min. That was on Low. I can only assume that it was my body dammed up body getting unblocked and circulation improving. That night was the first time I didn't have restless legs and where I didn't wake up with a Charley horse in years! Everyday walking is no longer the struggle it was. -Painful constipation. I weighed myself before using this today on my new scale, a massive 310lbs and simply stood in the running position on high for 10 min. Immediately reweighed myself. Scale read 308. The vibrations broke up 2 lbs of dense packed waste in my intestines and redistributed it. Restroom time has become much more... relieving! - Sedintary Lifestyle. On good days, I use this for 10min every hour for 6 hours, keeping my body limber thought the day and getting an hour of exercise in. On not so good days, I do this when I wake up, right before bed, and one more time in the day, usually after drinking kefir to shake those good bacteria awake!Now that I have a scale I'm going to keep track and see if it helps take off the pounds. I've also slowly changed my diet with an air fryer and introducing foods rich in fiber (coupled with a half gallon of water a day), Because You Can't Outrun Your Fork!Even if it doesn't speed up fat loss, just being able to do everyday things like climbing stairs again and getting a great night sleep and not feeling so full of painful poo anymore... As well as I lost an inch of fat all over my body. BonusI'll start by saying I do like this vibration plate. You're getting what you pay for with something like this. There are more advanced versions that are more powerful. This is not it. But for a simple vibration plate, this will do. I would have given more stars for the product but I was appalled at the "instruction manual". It's bare bones minimum instruction. IKEA would be proud of this instruction manual. You can tell it was written by someone who's first language is not English. The instructions to use the remote are written like a cypher and good luck, I had to press every button to figure out what they did and still can't figure out a few of them. There are basic levels, low, medium and high, okay...those make sense. Then there are preset modes. What? No description of these in the user manual. What are these? What is the point? I had to read through 78 questions and answers on here to find out no one else knows either. I did see a picture in the product photos that shows an explanation (kind of). There are 4 different types of vibrations, no explanation of what these are and their purposes. I still have no clue. I tried them all. All I can say is each one seems to have a different type of vibration effect on my body??? There is a section in the user manual with exercises. The very first one, the written instructions don't match the picture. Look, I'm not bashing this product by any means, I just think for the cost, the instruction manual would actually be a better quality. I am clearly not the only one who feels this way if you also read the Q&A. I've only used the vibration plate once so far but I did like it. On the highest setting for 20 minutes, it felt like I had gone for an hour long walk which is nice since it's below freezing outside currently. One other side note, there was a little flyer in the box to go to a QR code to get a free pair of wireless ear buds so I followed the instructions which took me to a chat bot who told me the promo was discontinued. Bummer. I tried to reach a real person but the bot was not going to let me get away that easily and I could no longer access the area of the chat screen to type and message to a "real human". I'd contact the seller but I don't think they'd actually give me real instructions so I'll save my time and figure it out on my own. Also, there are absolutely zero youtube product reviews by a real person who has used this. Only a few affiliate marketing videos with a robot reading the description of this product page. Bummer. Maybe I'll write my own user manual and share it with the seller so they stop getting asked how to use the fricking thing.I just received it yesterday. It seems to work well so far. It’s a lot heavier than I expected.This is a very good tool to use for loosening up but if you stand in a certain way, it will work your muscles. I haven't used the accessories yet. I have just been using it to help with mobility. It does make a little knocking noise if you don't stand on it just right but it isn't a major issue.My lower back and hips and upper legs are always stiff and hurt in the morning. This thing helps SO MUCH.I love this machine! I never have time to workout and this has been such a cool way to get myself in shape. Honestly I didn’t think it would be good, but I have seen my body start to get toned specially my legs. Also I have been using it while doing my hair!
