Buy normal size that you wear. Comfortable good coverage for water movementVery heavy weight material. Nice suit. The only problem I have is the inside of the bra part is a very light color. I think a dark shade would have worked better for this suit too.Also the stomach part of this is a little to big. It hangs to much over the waist band. The waist band is perfect.The Breast cups are small but everything else fits well and is very comfortable for swimming everyday. Bright colors and has not faded a bit after two weeks or so of swimming in chlorinated pool, which was what I was looking for.
