It provides the ability to switch between two output effects loop chains. So you can switch complex arrangements of pedals in loop A directly to line B at a single click of a switch. Great for diagnosing tone loss issues: Another great use for this pedal is to A/B test a pedal. Plug your guitar direct into the JOYO A/B switch. Then take output A directly to the amp. Then take output B to a pedal(s). Turn all the pedals off. Compare the sound of the direct guitar signal to the effect pedal chain. This is great for diagnosing tone loss issues. Precautions: 1.
